What shipping services do you offer?

We ship worldwide using a royal mail tracked service, you will be notified once your order is on it’s way.

UK 

standard: 3-5 working days - £3

express: 2 working days - £7

international

standard: 7-14 working days - £10

When will you send my order?

WE AIM to process all orders within 2-3 working days.

What’s the deal with international customs and quarantine?

The Nines does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

What if my parcel gets lost or doesn’t arrive?

The Nines does not take responsibility for any deliveries that do not arrive and become lost or missing in the postal system. As our items are all sent via a recorded service, we will always provide proof of postage and tracking details when requested and assist in recovering/tracing your parcel and refunding where necessary/appropriate.

What if I’m not happy with the item’s condition?

Due to the nature of pre-loved/vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear. Please read descriptions carefully and look at the images in detail (they are all hi-res) as all items are sold as seen. I am always happy to provide further detail and photos for any item if requested.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

We really hope you love your new piece. However, we get sometimes it's just not right!

If you wish to return your item for an exchange or refund please email us AT hello@theninesvintage.com within 7 days (uk) and 14 days (international) of receipt. all items must be in the condition they were sent out in.

The buyer is RESPONSIBLE for covering any return shipping costs.

Pierced earrings are not eligible for refunds.

If your item is faulty please e-mail us with photographic evidence so we can assist you further.

Please allow 3 working days once we’ve RECEIVED your return for your refund to be processed. you will receive the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or you can opt for a credit to be used on the website at a later date.

Sale items and items purchased at markets/events are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
